Job Description<\/p>\n
\tOptimi is looking for a business analyst to help drive the implementation of projects across our organisation. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong technical and analytical capabilities as well as project management and\/or software development experience. In addition, the successful candidate should have business acumen, good stakeholder management skills and the ability to clearly communicate and present information.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering or IT-related field
\n\tFurther studies\/proven experience in project management would be beneficial
\n\tExposure to supply chair or warehousing operations would be beneficial, but is not required
\n\tAdvanced computer literacy (MS Office (especially Excel), SQL, data manipulation skills)
\n\tExperience in operational software would be beneficial, but is not required
\n\tMust be fluent in English
\n\tExcellent organisational skills
\n\tA critical thinker with strong business judgement.
\n\tStrong problem-solving capabilities
\n\tGood communicator<\/p>\n
DUTIES<\/p>\n
\tDefine and scope projects
\n\tWork closely with business to identify key areas for improvement, prioritise needs, development of strategies to pursue them, development of actionable solutions
\n\tFacilitate workshops to define business requirements
\n\tPrepare detailed specifications including requirement and functional specifications and business cases
\n\tProcess design, mapping and re-engineering
\n\tProject\/solution implementation
\n\tManage process change within the business
\n\tManage projects independently and liaise with senior stakeholders
\n\tPerform system and user testing
\n\tRisk management
\n\tStakeholder management<\/p>\n
