What you will bring<\/p>\n
\tMinimum Grade 12
\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 relevant experience in a similar role
\n\tProficiency in MS Office \u2013 Excel (Advanced), Word, Outlook.
\n\tThorough understanding and application of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
\n\tStrong administrative skills
\n\tEffective time management abilities
\n\tExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written<\/p>\n
What you will be doing<\/p>\n
\tIn this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards through meticulous document verification, coordination with Lease Administrators, and maintenance of compliance frameworks such as RMCP and FICA. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough due diligence on clients and tenants, performing screenings for PEPs, PIPs, and sanctions, and ensuring accurate risk assessments in DocFox.
\n\tObtain and verify all KYC documents as per RMCP and FICA requirements.
\n\tMaintain and update DocFox profiles.
\n\tRefer Sanctioned and PEP alerts to AML manager.
\n\tAssist business units with KYC queries.
\n\tProvide guidance to employees on KYC matters.
\n\tEnsure compliance with authority levels and regulations.
\n\tComplete risk rating tasks in DocFox accurately.
\n\tEscalate risk rating issues to Compliance manager.
\n\tConduct ongoing due diligence on clients and tenants.
\n\tPerform PEP, PIP, Sanctions, and Adverse Media screenings.
\n\tManage daily watchlist matches and updates.
\n\tConduct enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients\/tenants.
\n\tReport changes in client risk ratings to AML manager.
\n\tConduct thorough background investigations on tenants.
\n\tPrepare investigation reports for business unit decisions.
\n\tIdentify high AML risk PEPs and tenants.
\n\tAssess and communicate KYC document requests promptly.
\n\tAdhere to additional frameworks, policies, and RMCP.
\n\tManage access folders and update documents per POPI policy.
\n\tMaintain accurate statistics of KYC activities.
\n\tProvide monthly management reports.<\/p>\n
