\n\tAbout the Programme:\u00a0We are offering a dynamic 12 Months\/18 Months Internship Programme designed to equip unemployed youth with essential skills and hands-on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable industry knowledge, improve your employability, and work alongside seasoned professionals.<\/p>\n
Successful candidates will be working as\u00a0Junior Merchandisers\u00a0performing the following duties:<\/p>\n
\tDetermine stock to be merchandised
\n\tDraw stock requirements
\n\tCheck vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags
\n\tExecute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
\n\tFeedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
\n\tCommunicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions
\n\tEffectively record merchandising activities
\n\tExecute calls as per call cycle
\n\tAdvice RSM on out-of-stock products<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBetween the ages of 18 and 28 years
\n\tN6 TVET Certificate\u00a0(Business Management and Marketing Management)
\n\tNCV Level 4 Certificate in a relevant field
\n\tNo prior work experience required
\n\tWillingness to learn and adapt to a professional environment<\/p>\n
