Job description<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial Reporting
\n\tManage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal postings
\n\tLead month-end and year-end close processes
\n\tSupport internal and external audits with accurate documentation
\n\tDevelop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
\n\tImplement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures
\n\tProvide mentorship and guidance to junior staff
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy and reporting
\n\tReview and approve payment runs, expense reports, and financial transactions
\n\tSet performance goals and deadlines in line with company objectives
\n\tOrganize workflow and delegate tasks effectively
\n\tMonitor employee productivity and provide coaching and feedback
\n\tMaintain timekeeping and personnel records
\n\tResolve workplace issues and escalate when necessary
\n\tEnsure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
\n\tPrepare and submit performance reports to management
\n\tParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff
\n\tPromote a positive and productive work environment<\/p>\n

Minimum requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
\n\tMinimum 5\u20137 years of accounting experience
\n\tProven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination
\n\tProven experience as a supervisor or in a similar leadership role
\n\tStrong understanding of company policies and operational procedures
\n\tExcellent organizational and time management skills
\n\tProficiency in MS Office or relevant software
\n\tDiploma or certificate in management or related field preferred<\/p>\n
