Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Machine Operation & Setup<\/p>\n
\tSet up and operate the laminating machine based on customer job specifications.
\n\tConduct first-off sample checks and ensure approval before full production run.
\n\tEnsure machine settings comply with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
\n\tChange raw materials effectively during job changeovers.<\/p>\n
Maintenance & Safety<\/p>\n
\tPerform routine maintenance and report any issues promptly.
\n\tComplete daily checklists and maintain tools and dies safely.
\n\tEnsure machine complies with all health, safety, and ISO9001 standards.
\n\tActively enforce housekeeping and 5S standards: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain.<\/p>\n
Quality Control<\/p>\n
\tMonitor and adjust machine during production to maintain product quality.
\n\tWork closely with feeders and packers to ensure acceptable quality and quantity.
\n\tEnsure materials used match job requirements and minimize waste.
\n\tMaintain detailed production records and submit accurate reports daily.<\/p>\n
Communication & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tProvide regular feedback to the Supervisor\/Foreman on machine performance and any issues.
\n\tEnsure proper handovers between shifts and log incidents in real-time.
\n\tContribute to SOP development and improvement of quality management systems.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 2 year\u2019s experience as a Laminating Machine Operator in a\u00a0printing or manufacturing\u00a0environment.
\n\tKnowledge of machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
\n\tExperience with quality systems such as ISO9001 \/ FSSC22000.
\n\tMachine Setter experience will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
