Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Creative Strategy:<\/p>\n
\tDefine and evolve the brand’s visual identity across digital, print and experiential channels.\u00a0
\n\tLead creative ideation and execution of campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
\n\tChampion innovation in design, animation and multimedia storytelling<\/p>\n
Design Execution:<\/p>\n
\tProduce high-impact design work including digital assets, video content, social media visuals, presentation and product collateral.
\n\tApply UX\/UI principles to enhance user experience across web and digital platforms.
\n\tOversee design projects to support brand and marketing goals.<\/p>\n
Collaboration & Communication:<\/p>\n
\tPartner with the Marketing Manager to align creative execution with campaign timeline and deliverables.
\n\tWork cross-functionally with R&D, Sales and external agencies to support business needs.
\n\tPresent creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders<\/p>\n
Project & Resource Management:<\/p>\n
\tManage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic priorities with design execution.
\n\tBrief and manage external designers, photographers, videographers and other creative vendors when required.
\n\tMaintain an organised digital asset library (Media Library and Sharepoint) and ensure version control.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in design or related field
\n\t8+ years experience in graphic design with proven leadership in creative roles.
\n\tStrong portfolio showcasing digital design, videography, campaign work etc.
\n\tProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
\n\tExperience in fast-paced, brand-led environments with cross-functional collaboration.
\n\tStrategic thinker with a strong eye for detail and design excellence.
\n\tCollaborative and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
\n\tPassionate about brand storytelling, digital innovation, and creative leadership.
\n\tExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
\n\tMust have a valid driver’s license.<\/p>\n
