\tA position at WOA Fuels and Oils (Durban) has become available for a suitably qualified and experienced Junior
\n\tAccounts Clerk to join our dynamic team. Purpose of the job is to manage client accounts, with emphasis on reconciliations, Invoicing and queries.<\/p>\n
Debtors<\/p>\n
\tCollections
\n\tClient queries
\n\tInvoicing
\n\tRecons
\n\tMonitoring of clients\u2019 accounts
\n\tReviewing Age analysis on a daily basis<\/p>\n
Invoicing<\/p>\n
\tDaily Bulk Invoicing
\n\tUpdating of data base and pricing
\n\tMonth end reconciling of Adhoc invoices
\n\tVerification of rates and transportation industry updates
\n\tFacilitate inter companies transport Invoices
\n\tProcessing of internal documents
\n\tManaging company data base<\/p>\n
Bulk and IT tasks<\/p>\n
\tFinance and Operations Integration \u2013 Bulk fuels.
\n\tManaging bulk fuel debtors both from an accounting and online ordering system
\n\tEnsuring the full audit trail for bulk debtors are implemented and managed.
\n\tIT system management
\n\tEnsuring maintenance and accuracy of bulk order system and pastel reporting<\/p>\n
Filing<\/p>\n
\tManaging the data integration between operations and finance
\n\tCopying and filing of client invoices \u2013Weekly
\n\tFiling Adhoc invoices
\n\tSending DN\u2019s to customers after invoicing
\n\tAssist with Cash book and on road Queries<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric with Clear criminal record
\n\tTertiary\/SAQA\/QCTO accreditation in accounting (advantage)- SAGE
\n\tComputer knowledge \u2013 Expert
\n\tAccounting: 5 years (Preferred)
\n\tPractical experience – 6-years and more
\n\tExcellent written & verbal communication
\n\tProblem solving ability Meticulous & detail orientated<\/p>\n

\tRemuneration is R 15,000-R20,000
