KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS<\/p>\n
Provide Support to Stakeholders\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure visitors are welcomed and assisted;\u00a0
\n\tProvide required information to walk in clients;
\n\tDirect walk-in clients to relevant departments.<\/p>\n
Operating the Switchboard \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAnswer incoming calls;
\n\tTransfer calls to relevant departments;
\n\tTake massages and forward to relevant personnel.<\/p>\n
Manage Reception Area\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAccept documents on behalf of the Chamber\/ Units;
\n\tSend communication to the Chamber\/ Units to collect documents;
\n\tEnsure that there is a person at the reception at all times;
\n\tAdminister meetings as scheduled.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Experience and Qualification<\/p>\n
\tMatric qualification. A secretariat\/ administration qualification will be an added advantage;
\n\tMinimum of 1 years of experience working as switchboard operator\/ receptionist.<\/p>\n
