Key Performance Areas:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDevelop systems that enable the implementation and execution of various Programme;
\n\tOversee the planning and execution of projects in line with Necsa\u2019s strategic objectives and plan;
\n\tDevelop and maintain relations with key government departments and other key industry role players to ensure effective Stakeholder Relations Management for the projects; and
\n\tProvide a support function to the Senior Manager in implementing executive and Board decisions relating to all strategic projects
\n\tManage the collection and analysis of client & stakeholder\u2019s requirements.
\n\tIdentify, acquire and manage programme management team.
\n\tDevelop the programme risk, configuration, quality & communication management strategies in line with Necas’s requirements.
\n\tManage the development of the programme scope\/configuration, cost, schedule, risk, human resource, procurement, quality and, stakeholder and communication management plans (Programme Plan).
\n\tManage the development of the programme Scope, Cost and Schedule Baselines.
\n\tIdentify and analyse programme risks and develop risk response strategies as well as cost, schedule and scope implications of the response strategies. Manage the risk register.
\n\tPresent scope, cost and schedule baseline to Programme Board for Acceptance.
\n\tDevelop and manage the programme procurement plan.
\n\tProvide the necessary oversight during contract negotiation and execution.
\n\tManage all identified stakeholders.
\n\tManage the delivery of the programme in line with scope (and quality), cost, schedule and time baseline.
\n\tPrepare Highlight Reports for (and escalate issues to) the Programme Board where necessary.
\n\tManage the close-out of the programme and prepare close out reports.
\n\tEnsure compliance to all Necas’s SHEQ-INS requirement for all programs and project.
\n\tIdentify and interpret applicable SHEQ-INS requirements in order to develop and implement relevant and effective systems to implement throughout all Programme lifecycle within the Nuclear Fuel Cycle group.
\n\tAdvise and manage the implementation of the Quality Management System and configuration management within the Nuclear Engineering Programme.
\n\tOversee the overall spending on the Programme and ensure that all costs and finances are within the prescribed parameters.
\n\tManage expenditure in line with approved parameters.
\n\tReport expenses and variances when required to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
\n\tManage cost reporting in accordance with corporate requirements (SHEQ-INS-0800).
\n\tDevelop a team that will deliver the Programme against set objectives, in line with EE requirements;
\n\tEnsure that all project managers are trained, skilled and that their expertise are optimally applied;
\n\tEnsure a positive and productive working environment with healthy staff morale; and Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise Project managers \u00a0and contactors to ensure accountability.<\/p>\n

\tBachelor degree in Chemical Engineering<\/p>\n
Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\t7 years proven track record of successful delivery of multi-disciplinary programme management.<\/p>\n
