Main Purpose of Job<\/p>\n
\tThe Rx Brand Manager is responsible for executing marketing strategies targeted at doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role owns all professional\/medical marketing for assigned brands \u2014 including detailing, clinical positioning with Medical Team, CME\/CPD initiatives, and KOL engagement \u2014 ensuring that the company’s brands remain trusted, evidence-based choices in the prescription space.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas
\nDoctor Marketing Strategy<\/p>\n
\tExecute Rx marketing plans aligned with brand objectives.
\n\tBuild strong clinical positioning with clear evidence-based claims.
\n\tPartner with Medical Affairs on compliance and scientific accuracy.<\/p>\n
HCP Engagement<\/p>\n
\tLead detailing strategy and produce high-quality in-field materials (detail aids, leave-behinds, objection handlers).
\n\tOrganise CME\/CPD events, advisory boards, and symposia.
\n\tManage KOL relationships and advocacy development.
\n\tLeverage Digital detailing platforms tcreate, manage, and track closed-loop detail aids for optimal HCP engagement.<\/p>\n
Insights & Market Intelligence<\/p>\n
\tTrack and analyse script data, competitor activities, and HCP feedback.
\n\tUse insights trefine campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
\n\tTranslate Digital Detailing Insight reports intactionable strategies for detailing.<\/p>\n
Cross-Functional Alignment<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with Sales, Medical, and Regulatory tensure seamless field execution.
\n\tProvide the Rx team with effective tools and training for brand messaging.<\/p>\n
Compliance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all Rx activities adhere strictly tSAHPRA regulations and industry codes.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tEducation: Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or medically related field.
\n\tExperience: 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience managing Rx brands
\n\tSkills: KOL management, data analysis, clinical communication, strong project management.
\n\tBehaviours: Detail-oriented, strategic, collaborative, compliant, results-driven.<\/p>\n
