Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tUp to 3 years supervisory or HR generalist experience and managing team
\n\tTES experience preferred
\n\tShift work Warehouse\/ manufacturing, quality control.<\/p>\n
Education:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tDegree in Business, HR or related field (preferred, not mandatory<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOverall accountability for effective and efficient admin and payroll management; Ensure that Client Success teams adhere to payroll procedures and deadlines;
\n\tChecking, verification and approval of preextract reports from Payroll; Ensure correct job requisition is received from the Client;
\n\tEnsure all orders are authorized and a comprehensive job requisition is sent to the Resource Centre;
\n\tEstablish a relationship with the Resource Centre;
\n\tProvide feedback to Resource Centre on candidates supplied;
\n\tEnsure the completion of all assessments, checks and verification of information according to the Standard Operating Procedures;
\n\tEnsure that Assignees are briefed regarding transport arrangements, address, times etc;
\n\tArrange and control recruitment of assignees as backup and or replacement staff when required according to contract requirements;
\n\tResponsible for reporting on daily fill rate to the client and Operations Executive; Forecast and plan for peak and seasonal labour requirements;
\n\tInduction of employees;
\n\tEnsure that protective equipment and related documentation is issued
\n\tCoordinate transportation for assignees and obtain approval from the client; Ensure that pay slips are distributed to assignees;
\n\tEnsuring the integrity of data on the payroll system;
\n\tCompile and deliver accurate reports as per client requirements; Ensure a complete record of all staff on site at all times;
\n\tEnsure that shifts are fully staffed as per client requirements; Monitor and manage assignee time keeping;
\n\tEnsure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, SOP’s and corporate governance;
\n\tResponsible for the implementation and maintenance of client Service Level Agreements;
\n\tEstablish and maintain relationships with key client management contacts; Attend client meetings and conduct regular client visits;
\n\tDevelop awareness of client future business needs, identify potential opportunities and communicate;
\n\tResponsible for ensuring ontime and accurate invoice delivery to clients;
\n\tContinuously liaise with credit control, client and service delivery teams to ensure that invoices are paid timeously and queries are resolved;
\n\tAnalyse weekly stats per responsible client;
\n\tCoach and mentor assignees;
\n\tManage teams and disciplinary issues;
\n\tManage disciplinary enquiries, CCMA cases, LR activities etc; Escalate potential labour risks;
\n\tEstablishing a positive work environment that results in a committed, motivated, productive operations team and optimal retention of people;
\n\tDrive transformation within team;
\n\tEnsure the required branch performance management, talent development, and succession plan processes are in place, and supported;
\n\tEnsure team members are appropriately trained and developed;
\n\tResponsible for arranging, controlling and overseeing the training of assignees<\/p>\n
