You will play a key role in helping us build better products by understanding both user and business needs, translating those needs into clear, actionable requirements, and ensuring everything functions as intended through thorough testing.

Your Mission:<\/p>\n
\tSupport the product roadmap and prioritize incoming requests.
\n\tAct as a link between clients and the product team to design efficient solutions.
\n\tDocument requirements from client sessions with the Product Manager.
\n\tBreak down requirements into user stories and tasks for development.
\n\tManage product items in TFS (user stories, tasks, test cases, bugs).
\n\tTest bug fixes and participate in test cycles.
\n\tLog and track issues during testing and follow up on resolutions.
\n\tJoin planning and review sessions to support product development.
\n\tUnderstand product dependencies and release timelines.
\n\tHelp reproduce and document complex issues (Level 3 support).
\n\tApprove internal releases and provide feedback to the implementation team.
\n\tFollow company policies and perform additional tasks as needed.<\/p>\n
Your Profile:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 3 years beginner to intermediate experience (using agile scrum methodologies.
\n\tBeginner experience understanding of system design concepts.
\n\tIntermediate knowledge of software usability principles.
\n\tIntermediate experience in Test Drive Development.
\n\tA qualification in I.T or Computer Science will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
