You Bring:<\/p>\n
\tCompleted or studying towards a relevant degree.
\n\tKnowledge of and experience working with Microsoft Office.
\n\t6 months to 1 year working experience.
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tGood interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships.
\n\tHigh level of organisation and attention to detail.
\n\tExcellent planning and time management skills.
\n\tAbility to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment and show initiative.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and still produce good quality results timeously.
\n\tUnderstanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
\n\tAbility to spot emerging trends.
\n\tDemonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

What You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n
\tSupport the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and various other projects.
\n\tAssist with executing the marketing strategies and contribute to developing campaigns with the Team.
\n\tArrange status meetings, manage status reports and ensure deadlines are being monitored and met.
\n\tProvide administrative assistance and support to the Marketing Team.
\n\tProvide support for, and attend, promotions, marketing or company events and exhibitions where required.
\n\tUpdate and maintain the marketing department\u2019s documentation and databases.
\n\tOrdering of marketing materials, stock takes and replenishment of stock and promotional items
\n\tDaily operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of Team.
\n\tArrange branding and marketing collateral as required.
\n\tUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
\n\tAssist with online market research in order to extract and report on competitor marketing, consumer insights, market trends, industry forecasts, competitor analysis and target audience.
\n\tMonitor stock, budgets and reconciliations in real time reporting on any variances.
\n\tActions any reasonable marketing related tasks required.
\n\tSome weekend and after-hours work may be required from time to time.
\n\tGood planning support requires sound judgement and effective problem-solving skills.
\n\tRequires the ability to organise, understand and workflow to meet deadlines.<\/p>\n
