Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThe Claims Specialist manages the assessment of claims and has specialised knowledge of the claims environment. There is a strong focus on accurately and efficiently resolving the claim received whilst ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction<\/p>\n
Key Outcomes<\/p>\n
\tThe accurate and efficient processing of claims captured
\n\tAd hoc duties- support in the operation of other divisions
\n\tContribute towards continuous improvement and innovation at process and procedure level
\n\tTo ensure that all claims processing and queries are attended to accurately and within the agreed turnaround time
\n\tContribute toward risk management
\n\tAssist clients with queries and provide suitable query resolution
\n\tAccurate completion of administrative targets on a daily basis
\n\tDealing with multiple telephonic queries from members, brokers and franchises
\n\tOngoing feedback to clients
\n\tAd hoc functions as required by Management<\/p>\n

\tFAIS \/ RE5 Accreditation with minimum 120 credits\u00a0<\/p>\n
