Key Purpose of the role\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tTo assist with the coordination and management of all Learnership, Internship and Skills Development Programmes. Liaise with SETAs and internal clients.<\/p>\n
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to<\/p>\n
Coordination:<\/p>\n
\tManage and facilitate the end-to-end closure of 2025 Learnerships and Internship Programmes process.
\n\tImplement and manage the end-to-end 2026 Learnerships and Internship Programmes process throughout the programme.
\n\tLiaise with training providers, INSETA and BANKSETA when required.
\n\tResolve any queries which may arise from SETAs and learners.
\n\tSkills Development Early Careers Reporting.
\n\tManage training logistics \u2013 Logbook follow up, Learnership Graduation.
\n\tScheduling of candidates for engagements throughout the learning journey.
\n\tFunding Window Applications: business needs analysis and submitting of applications in collaboration with the GSDM and SDM.
\n\tWork closely with all Skills Development Team members in the achievement of Team goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
HR:<\/p>\n
\tProvide mentoring and coaching to Early Careers candidates when required.
\n\tAssist with recruitment if required.
\n\tConduct performance conversations with Early Careers candidates.
\n\tManage daily learners daily while in training.
\n\tAssist with processing training invoices and payroll input monthly.<\/p>\n
Project Management:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in the implementation of Skills Development projects.
\n\tManage and participate in Internship Candidate Journey.<\/p>\n

Education and Experience<\/p>\n
\tRelevant HR qualification
\n\tETDP qualification an advantage
\n\t3-4 years\u2019 work experience in an HR\/Training department
\n\tHave worked with learnerships \u2013 an advantage<\/p>\n
