KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:<\/p>\n
\tContribute as part of a team to the develop methods for MEA preparation through roll-to-roll coating
\n\tUndertake research to develop new ink formulations for high volume MEA production
\n\tConduct MEA and stack performance testing
\n\tUndertake pilot production of certain MEA and fuel cell &\/electrolyser catalysts products
\n\tEnsure that projects are executed on time and within budget
\n\tEnsure that SHEQ procedures are strictly adhered to and that project work is executed with maximum overall technical efficiency
\n\tActively participate in the training, guidance and motivation of junior staff. Participate in team debates and technical decisions
\n\tProduce professional reports, papers and presentations at local and international conferences
\n\tIdentify opportunities for technology development and commercialisation
\n\tKeep up-to-date at a professional level with technology and business developments that are relevant to the division\u2019s interests
\n\tDemonstrate through behaviour the values and vision of Mintek<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements<\/p>\n
JOB KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in knowledge and understanding of PEMFC &\/PEMWE electrocatalyst and
\n\tMEA development, preparation, fabrication, characterisation and testing methodologies
\n\tKnowledge or experience with SHEQ systems
\n\tMust be computer literate<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tMinimum: MSc\/MEng. In Chemistry\/Chemical engineering or relevant
\n\tIdeally, a PhD in Chemistry\/Chemical engineering or relevant<\/p>\n
