Our client, a global leader in flexible power solutions, is seeking a Head of Sales based in Johannesburg, South Africa. The role will drive strategy and growth across Africa, focusing on client relationships, market expansion, and supporting the energy transition.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLead and grow the Africa sales team
\n\tDevelop and execute the sales strategy.
\n\tBuild and maintain client relationships across industrial, mining, utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
\n\tDeliver tailored power solutions and guide clients through the energy transition.
\n\tDrive business development and expand market opportunities.
\n\tCollaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams for successful delivery.
\n\tMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tProven sales leadership in power, energy, industrial, or oil & gas sectors.
\n\tTrack record of delivering large-scale, complex energy solutions across Africa.
\n\tStrong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
\n\tStrategic thinker with ability to execute tactical plans.
\n\tExperience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
\n\tDegree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master\u2019s preferred.
\n\tExperience in multinational and multicultural markets advantageous.<\/p>\n
