\tSales and related works
\n\tMarketing in selected markets\/segments
\n\tHandling\/growing new business for Company
\n\tProducing project quotes
\n\tMaintaining relationships with Key Account personnel
\n\tMaintaining business partner requirements and managing the same<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tTo oversee all project related activities in your regions
\n\tRegular customer sales & service calls in accordance with your call cycle (minimum of 10 F2F meetings per week)
\n\tWeekly and monthly reporting as requested by line manager
\n\tPipeline maintenance
\n\tCommunication & execution of agreed Key Account activities negotiated by GM with H\/O buyers (promotional campaigns, special projects, new product launches, new layouts & displays, counts & stock upliftment)
\n\tCustomer relationship management with key decision-makers (Buyer, Dept. manager, Hotel GM) under the guidance of the GM
\n\tMeasurement of success of campaigns and promotions
\n\tReport writing, proposals
\n\tTo provide feedback on relevant market information
\n\tAny other activities and new initiatives which enhance the development & growth of the AAGS brand
\n\tReport accurately on orders and sales expectations for reporting reasons
\n\tCompetitors actions report quarterly
\n\tEnsuring procedures are followed as per SOP
\n\tTo drive Sales and marketing of Company products in selected markets\/segments of South Africa
\n\tFulfilment of Sales budget and profitability responsibility for assigned markets\/ segments.
\n\tTo make sure all overdue payments are paid on time and manage receivables effectively in coordination with Accounts head.
\n\tTo provide Management Monthly forecast report, Quarterly forecasts etc for Sales
\n\tTo prepare Annual budgets in coordination with Sales staff and General Manager
\n\tTo do value selling and implement Company value strategy approach
\n\tResponsible for Company’s client overall satisfaction with product line in assigned areas
\n\tQuarterly visits to all Key accounts and report generated to advise on actions monthly<\/p>\n
