\tManage and handle all litigious matters\/ claims for and against Telkom, and provide legal advice in the region in accordance with the Delegation\u00a0of Authority. \tManage and handle all litigious matters\/ claims for and against Telkom, and provide legal advice in the region in accordance with the Delegation\u00a0of Authority.
\n\tManage the regional Legal Services section and its functions as\u00a0well as matters handed over to the duly appointed attorneys in the region.
\n\tProvide team leadership by providing targets and measures for productivity and increased revenue flow.
\n\tApply performance measures and incentives in a fair and equitable manner.
\n\tEstablish an enabling work environment and culture for optimum staff performance.
\n\tEnable employee satisfaction measures.
\n\tMotivate, lead, guide and mentor staff.
\n\tSet performance targets.
\n\tImplement Safety, Health and Environment Management (SHE) and ensure a conducive working environment.
\n\tImplement operational plan and deliverables.
\n\tInterpret divisional plan and formulate operational deliverables.
\n\tProvide input to business plan and budget.
\n\tImplement performance enhancements.
\n\tDrive implementation of solutions and organisational renewal.
\n\tControl cost and expenses against the operational budget (OPEX).<\/p>\n
