Key roles and responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLead the technical team to deliver products that meet business requirements by working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
\n\tSupport SAP enhancements which enable improved business processes
\n\tEnsuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.\u00a0
\n\tWork closely with the scrum master, scrum team, external customers and stakeholders to deliver technology products that our customers love and that create value for our business
\n\tManage multiple projects by ensuring clear delegation of duties and effective communication
\n\tAbility to work quickly and accurately under pressure and communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
\n\tEvaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
\n\tDefine training methodologies and roll out strategies
\n\tSupport the business throughout the change process
\n\tDefine project KPIs and track for improvement
\n\tConducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
\n\tEffectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
\n\tGathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.<\/p>\n
Beneficial Experience:<\/p>\n
\tSound SAP SD understanding (formal qualifications beneficial)
\n\tExperience in warehouse operations in the SAB business or FMCG environment
\n\tTechnology related B Degree or business-related qualification is beneficial
\n\tSound knowledge of DevOps\/CAB processes and Agile methodology
\n\tManagement experience<\/p>\n
