Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tNegotiate payment arrangements in accordance with set standards
\n\tAccurately updating customers’ information
\n\tEstablishing a rapport with customers and rehabilitating customers through excellent customer service standards

Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMinimum Grade 12 qualification
\n\t6-12 months in Debt Collection, ideally within a Call Centre environment.
\n\tFamiliarity with the life cycle of an account, the collection process, and the systems that support these processes.
\n\tProficiency in MS Office.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent telephone etiquette, strong customer service orientation, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative team player.
