Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate allocated projects in adherence to project plans, budgets, and schedules.
\n\tCoordinate change request management, project tracking, and document control activities.
\n\tDevelop project reports for management and clients.
\n\tProvide support to the project manager by monitoring project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations.
\n\tCoordinate the preparation of all necessary presentations and updates as required.
\n\tProvide support in the management of suppliers\/manufacturers.
\n\tReview tasks completed by internal teams and assist with schedule management.
\n\tEnsure all risk management and document control are up to date.
\n\tOversee project procurement management.
\n\tMonitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
\n\tAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
\n\tWork with the project manager to eliminate scope creep.
\n\tUse all provided tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
\n\tIssue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
\n\tCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as plans and reports.
\n\t\u00a0Ensure standards and requirements are met through the coordination of quality assurance audits and\/or tests.
\n\tChair and facilitate project meetings where appropriate and ensure minutes are distributed to relevant stakeholders.
\n\tCoordinate all project schedules and ensure that cost and quality are met.
\n\tSupport all activities pertaining to compliance of all Necsa SHEQ-INS requirements for all programs and projects.
\n\tSupport all processes designed to all applicable SHEQ-INS requirements in order to implement relevant and effective systems throughout all project lifecycle.
\n\tFollow-up on all configuration management processes within the projects\/programmes.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tPreferably National Diploma (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Metallurgist).
\n\tAt least 1 year of experience in project coordination.<\/p>\n
