Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tStrategic Leadership: Define and deliver the People & Culture strategy, aligning with Minopex and DRA Group objectives
\n\tTeam Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing People & Culture team.
\n\tWorkforce & Talent Strategy: Oversee workforce planning, global talent acquisition, succession, and leadership development.
\n\tCulture & Transformation: Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and transformation in line with Mining Charter, B-BBEE, and Group commitments.
\n\tStakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with clients, communities, unions, and government, positioning Minopex as an employer of choice.
\n\tLegal & Compliance: Manage HR\/IR matters, oversee litigation, and provide guidance on labour and commercial legal issues.<\/p>\n
Qualification Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field \u00a0 (Master\u2019s advantageous).
\n\tER \/IR Experience essential
\n\tProfessional HR certification and international HR exposure desirable<\/p>\n
Experience and Skills Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master\u2019s an advantage).
\n\t10+ years of progressive HR leadership, with 5+ years at executive\/functional lead level.
\n\tEssential ER\/IR experience in unionized, heavy industry or mining environments.
\n\tProven record in managing specialist HR teams and aligning People & Culture strategies with business goals.
\n\tStrong track record in cultural transformation, stakeholder engagement, and global workforce management.
\n\tExcellent communication, influence, and executive advisory skills.<\/p>\n
