Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProvide responses to all, maintaining high quality of services, performance standards and attend to high volumes of calls\/chats\/emails.
\n\tProactively identify issues and problems before it arises, use effective problem-solving techniques to help customers resolve their issues.
\n\tProgress to taking escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures.
\n\tWorking with various parts of the business to resolve issues.
\n\tConnect and build rapport with the customer.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric or NQF Level 4 equivalent
\n\tClear Credit and Criminal record
\n\tComputer literate
\n\tMinimum 1 year experience in a Gas & Electricity campaign
\n\tMinimum of 1 year experience in customer service
\n\tBasic understanding and knowledge of the UK Energy market is beneficial.<\/p>\n
