Job-related Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in Warehousing.
\n\tMinimum of 1 years\u2019 experience in Administrative duties.
\n\tMinimum of 6 months\u2019 experience in SAP Warehouse Management System on a computer (this exclude RF Scanner functionalities).
\n\tMinimum of 6 months\u2019 experience in slotting and planning.
\n\tAnalytical and problem solving.
\n\tOrganized and attention to detail.
\n\tProfessional and Positive Attitude.
\n\tExcellent organizational skills and Team player.
\n\tEssential knowledge on how to use Microsoft Office applications like, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel.
\n\tExcellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels internally as well as externally.
\n\tAdhere to all Health and Safety procedures.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tArranging and booking collections with dealers for buyback returns.
\n\tProcess purchase orders and credit notes for buyback returns accurately.
\n\tAttending to any dealer buyback queries and following up with dealers.
\n\tLead daily SPQRCE meeting at the start of every business day.
\n\tConduct spot checks on the Inbound processes to make sure that they are followed.
\n\tEnsure that queries received from the client are dealt with timeously and accurately.
\n\tEnsure that all Local and Air Freight is processed withing 24 hours and Ocean Freight within 3 day of receipt.
\n\tMonitor that pre-receiving and put away is done on time.
\n\tInvestigate any queries or dicrepanciers.
\n\tEnsure by-pass parts are prioritized and processed on time.
\n\tEnsure that all buyback returns are processed and completed withing 3 working days of receipt.
\n\tEnsure that all backorders are processed as soon as they are received on Air, Local, or Ocean Freight.
\n\tRecord and claim all discrepancies received on Air, Local or Ocean Freight and send it to DSV management and the client.
\n\tSend daily\/weekly reports.
\n\tEnsure that all receiving related statuses are up to date.
\n\tUpdate receiving board, receiving register, buyback registers.
\n\tSend day end reports, Container KPI report, Extras report, Recshort and Recdam reports daily.<\/p>\n
