\n\tWe are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a proven track record in key account management and solution-based sales to join their Sandton-based team.<\/p>\n
About the Role:<\/p>\n
\tThis is a commission-driven opportunity tailored for high-performing sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments. The commission structure is highly competitive, providing excellent earning potential for candidates who are passionate about closing deals and surpassing sales targets.<\/p>\n
Ideal Candidate:<\/p>\n
We’re looking for motivated\u00a0\u201chunters\u201d and deal-closers\u00a0who are:<\/p>\n
\tDriven by performance and financial success
\n\tConfident in building and maintaining key client relationships
\n\tExperienced in B2B solution selling, preferably within the printing, document management, or financial solutions industries
\n\tAble to work independently while meeting set performance metrics
\n\tPerformance Criteria:
\n\tMinimum of 30 outbound calls per day
\n\tMinimum of 3 client appointments per day \/ 15 per week
\n\tMinimum of 22 sales quotes per month
\n\tMonthly sales targets as outlined in the Commission Manual
\n\tCold calling is required Monday to Friday
\n\tBPO completion mandatory<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDrive new business development and grow key accounts
\n\tMaintain a professional and ethical approach in all interactions
\n\tRepresent the company and its values with integrity and professionalism
\n\tMaintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor
\n\tFoster respectful and productive relationships with clients, management, and colleagues<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric Certificate
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license.
\n\tOwn vehicle.
\n\tStrong sales skills.
\n\tProficient in computer skills.
\n\tProduct knowledge is necessary.<\/p>\n
