Your Mission Essentials<\/p>\n
\tRelevant diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business, or related (bonus points for certifications).
\n\t3+ years of battle-tested experience in HR & Industrial Relations.
\n\tValid driver’s license (Code 8).
\n\tDeep understanding of labor laws, collective bargaining, and conflict resolution (you love a good negotiation).
\n\tCommunication skills that could charm the socks off a room full of skeptics.
\n\tA vault-like sense of discretion \u2014 you keep secrets safe and sound.
\n\tTech-savvy enough to navigate HRIS systems and Microsoft Office like a pro.
\n\tA curious, growth-focused mindset that\u2019s always hunting for better ways to do things.<\/p>\n
