Education and Experience<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tDegree or a 3-year diploma in Finance\/ Marketing\/Business Management; or
\n\tThe recruit must have obtained a full qualification (120 Credits. at NQF level 4 would be required and
\n\tNQF level 5 would be advantageous Categories B1 and B2) as per the FSCA\u2019s list of recognised qualifications at the point of recruitment.\u00a0
\n\tMust have RE5.
\n\tRE1 is business requirement from the date of appointment.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Skills<\/p>\n
\tAt least 5 years industry experience of which 3 years should be in management of sales.\u00a0
\n\tPreference will be given to those with experience in insurance sales within the entry level market.<\/p>\n
