Job Description<\/p>\n
\tTo conduct Payroll support for all CHG Agency employees (b-weekly paid) and to ensure the accuracy of Payroll-related information of all employees and potential recruits.
\n\tThe incumbent liaises with Hospitals to ensure the accuracy of processing, and adherence to relevant RSA legislation.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in HR or Payroll.<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 2 Years experience in Payroll.
\n\tKnowledgeable in Payroll processes.
\n\tMust have SAP experience
\n\tKronos is advantageous
\n\tHealthcare experience is advantageous.<\/p>\n

DELIVERABLES<\/p>\n
\tProvide administrating support to payroll administrators and manager
\n\tContribute to the processing of weekly payroll for agency staff
\n\tPrepare bi-weekly payment schedules and payment requests
\n\tPrepare all UIF documentation in support of terminations, maternity leave and other applicable processes
\n\tEnsure all employees are registered with JEM
\n\tMaintain confidentiality of payroll information and employee records
\n\tProvide clarity on Payroll issues raised by various stakeholders
\n\tEnsure timeous resolution of stakeholder queries and complaints and take ownership of issues
\n\tEnsure complete, timeous and accurate reporting with appropriate levels of escalation to enable effective decision-making
\n\tPerform monthly reconciliations of all payroll accounts
\n\tMaintain electronic employee records<\/p>\n
