Description<\/p>\n
\tAssist with weekly cycle counts in any of the warehouses as and when needed;
\n\tEnsure precise record-keeping and filing of all pertinent documentation related to the movement of spare parts;
\n\tUpdate the stock ERP(SAM) to reflect relevant movements;
\n\tDirect parts to outstations, hangars, and airports where they are required;
\n\tCreate documentation for shipping purposes as well as packaging as per Work Instructions;
\n\t(COMAT) Update Flow Centric in accordance with SAM as soon as parts are received or dispatched;
\n\tDeliver spares at all hangars;
\n\tHousekeeping to be done daily;\u00a0
\n\tDraw and issue spares from main warehouse;
\n\tAttend to all requests for spares sent through via email, phone calls or WhatsApp;
\n\tCarry out general warehouse duties as requested by supervisor;
\n\tEnsure access to warehouse is controlled at all times;
\n\tCarry out ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent;
\n\tForklift license (Advantageous);
\n\tMinimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Warehousing;
\n\tMust have a valid driver’s license (EB) (Essential);
\n\tMust be willing to work shifts;
\n\tWilling to travel;
\n\tValid passport;
\n\tOwn transport.\u00a0<\/p>\n
