\tPremium Collections & Account Reconciliations
\n\tReceive assigned recon tasks and complete within agreed timeframes with Team Leader.
\n\tPlan and prioritise workload appropriately \u2013 escalate to team leader when problematic.
\n\tRequest Payment from Broker monthly.
\n\tAllocate all premiums received.
\n\tIdentify nature of dispute.
\n\tBroker error \u2013 liaise with broker together with underwriting and sales team.
\n\tEndorsement not\/incorrectly processed \u2013 initiate endorsement request \u2013
\n\tLiaise with underwriting and sales team to correct.
\n\tUnallocated cash reconciliations\/premium collection dispute
\n\tReconcile unallocated cash.
\n\tReceive assigned recon tasks via workflow and complete within agreed timeframes with Team Leader.
\n\tPlan and prioritise workload appropriately \u2013 escalate to team leader when problematic.
\n\tCash received for unprocessed underwriting instructions \u2013 contact broker for information and forward to underwriting for processing.
\n\tInstruction not processed or incomplete \u2013 initiate endorsement \u2013 liaise with Market Underwriting
\n\tPayment shortfall \u2013 refund request assessment required.
\n\tPremium collection dispute and reconciliation
