\tMatric (Grade 12).<\/p>\n
Experience and Knowledge:<\/p>\n
\tAt least 2 years of experience in the Financial Services or Life Assurance industry in an administrator role.
\n\tBasic knowledge of the Life Assurance or Financial Services industry.<\/p>\n
Main duties and responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tUpload and follow up on the following queries: premiums, change of beneficiary, debit orders, letters of authority, change of broker, amendments, change of DOC, change of details, claims, etc.<\/p>\n
Check and capture applications:<\/p>\n
\tWithin 4 hours of being received.
\n\tWith a 95% accuracy level.
\n\tSupport functions include performing daily routine procedures.
\n\tMonitor incompletes and service requests and communicate outstanding applications and Aftersales Service requests started.
\n\tCommunicate outstanding requirements after the request has been uploaded.
\n\tComplete an annual assessment on appropriate systems.
\n\tProvide administrative backing to the Life Specialists and directly to intermediaries.
\n\tProvide quotations and statements of benefits to intermediaries.
\n\tTake ownership of service level standards and ensure they are achieved consistently.
\n\tAssist the Life Specialists in organising broker workshops.<\/p>\n
