\tTo assist with housekeeping activities and charging of blasts.<\/p>\n
Required outputs: functional<\/p>\n
\tTo assist the MMU Controller in managing and operating all aspects of a mobile manufacturing unit (MMU \u2013 BLEND truck) in order to meet the customer requirements with the standards and procedures as defined by AECI (OTIF).
\n\tTo Assist the MMU Controller in the carrying out of regular inspections in terms of SABS and World Class on fixed plant and MMUs to identify non-conformances and institute preventative measures as well as to achieve continuous improvement.
\n\tAssist in all blasting related functions required (for example, measuring holes, closing or stemming of charged holes, guarding, cleaning etc.)
\n\tHousekeeping at Site
\n\tCleanliness of wash bay and truck park
\n\tCleanliness of trucks
\n\tLoading and unloading of products into trucks
\n\tAssist in charging up duties on the bench
\n\tAssist in closing or stemming of charged holes.
\n\tLoading and unloading of packaged explosives and accessories
\n\tTo observe all legal requirements while at the depot
\n\tTo ensure MMU\u2019s are always kept clean according to the World Class Standards
\n\tAbility to work independently.
\n\tAll blasting related functions as required<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tCode B driver\u2019s licence
\n\tSafe working practices
\n\tProduct knowledge
\n\tHazardous product handling
\n\tMust be able to obtain a red ticket health clearance<\/p>\n
