What will you be doing?<\/p>\n
\tAn excellent opportunity has arisen within our Customer Service Division for a Graduate in Gauteng. This role reports into the Customer Services Manager with its main focus being on the effective, efficient and accurate receipt and transcription of telephonic and other orders from both internal and external customers.<\/p>\n
What will you need to be successful?<\/p>\n
\tManage all customer emails and telephone calls within the required response times.
\n\tProcess all customer orders within 24 hours to meet customer\u2019s SLA and expectations.
\n\tEnter all transactions accurately first time and ensure delivery of product within time frames as stipulated by the customer to meet customer expectations.
\n\tAbility to prioritize and plan daily workload to meet customer expectations and departmental goals and objectives.
\n\tEnsure good document management and adherence to all document control regulations.
\n\tDevelop strong relationships with customers and provide positive and professional customer service and support.
\n\tRespond to customer\u2019s enquiries and manage disputes within the required response time.
\n\tUse initiative and be proactive in resolving customer queries promptly. Seek assistance from Team lead when needed to determine appropriate solution.
\n\tUtilize all customer & external third party systems\/ portals as required in order to perform daily duties.
\n\tFoster strong relationships with Sales and Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse staff.
\n\tCollaborate with colleagues and ensure cross skilling and best practice sharing on a continuous basis.
\n\tAssist with supplying data for daily\/weekly\/ monthly management reports as required.
\n\tEstablish a professional image on behalf of the department and company.
\n\tAttend all relevant training sessions as required and develop skill sets and knowledge.<\/p>\n
