Position Purpose: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tReporting to the Customer Contact Supervisor, the successful applicant will provide a support service for customers in the area. \u00a0This role is integral as it is the first point of contact for the customer. \u00a0This role is to assist CHEP in building and maintain solid relationships with the customer base.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
\tMaintaining a strong relationship with the customer through query resolution and proactive identification of potential issues
\n\tCustomer account reconciliations
\n\tConducting Online Visits and Scheduled calls and providing feedback and corrective recommendations to the customer and Business Manager
\n\tIdentification and Investigation of credit equipment balances
\n\tAnalysis and resolution of suspended movements
\n\tInvestigate and resolve queries from the business & customers
\n\tFollow up with customer and business to ensure the recommendations are adhered
\n\tAccurate processing of client requests on company support systems
\n\tElectronic System Support to local client base
\n\tManage and support the helpdesk function (if applicable)
\n\tGeneral office administration such as switchboard, filing and other duties
\n\tParticipate in Team Projects
\n\tServe as backup for TEMS and other staff within the team at customer sites
\n\tEnsue that SLA\/CX milestones and targets are adhered to.
\n\tSupport with reporting on cases\/tasks for the team.
\n\tAssist in any other task as delegated by management.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tEssential: Matric & a Diploma \u00a0
\n\tPreferably studying towards a business-related degree.
\n\tManual Drivers Licence<\/p>\n
Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
\t3-5 years Basic Accounts & Reconciliation, including general office duties
\n\t3 years Customer Service Experience<\/p>\n
Skills and Knowledge\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAnalytical Skills
\n\tExcellent communication skills at all levels
\n\tKnowledge of Sales Forces, MyChep and EDI would be an advantage; proficiency in Word & Excel is preferable.
\n\tTeam Players who are systematic, accurate, patient, non-aggressive and service orientated will be the best suited to handle this position.<\/p>\n
