Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tTo coordinate and administer the scheduling of internal loss adjusters for non-motor claims assessments, ensuring efficient appointment management, accurate data capture, and seamless communication between loss adjusters, clients, brokers and service providers. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, reducing turnaround times, and supporting the broader loss adjusting strategy.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Scheduling & Coordination<\/p>\n
\tManage daily scheduling of internal loss adjusters across regions, ensuring optimal allocation based on geography, claim type, and urgency.
\n\tImplement rules-based automation for scheduling where feasible to reduce manual intervention.
\n\tConfirm appointments with clients, brokers and service providers, ensuring all logistics are in place.<\/p>\n
Administrative Support<\/p>\n
\tCapture and update assessment details in the line-of-business systems, including financials, documentation, and loss adjuster feedback.
\n\tMonitor SLA adherence and escalate delays or outstanding documentation to relevant stakeholders.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of assessments, communications, and client interactions.<\/p>\n
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tServe as the first point of contact for claims department, clients and brokers regarding scheduling queries.
\n\tEnsure courteous, professional, and timely communication with all stakeholders.
\n\tProvide feedback loops to loss adjusters, service providers, and claims teams to ensure alignment and service excellence.<\/p>\n
Process & Compliance<\/p>\n
\tFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scheduling, assessment intake, and documentation management.
\n\tSupport the development and refinement of SOPs in collaboration with the Loss
\n\tAdjusting Manager and Claims Governance team.
\n\tAssist in preparing reports and dashboards for operational reviews and audits.<\/p>\n
System & Data Management<\/p>\n
\tWork with platforms like SPM and Codeplex to manage appointments, load reports, and track progress.
\n\tSupport integration efforts between scheduling systems and claims platforms to ensure data consistency and reduce duplication.<\/p>\n
Required Knowledge and Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\t3 years short term insurance experience.
\n\t3 years experience in non-motor Claims.<\/p>\n
Skills<\/p>\n
\tStrong organizational and time management skills.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
\n\tAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
\n\tCollaborative mindset with a service-oriented approach.
\n\tBasic business ethics and financial principles related to claims
\n\tChange management
\n\tNegotiation skills<\/p>\n
Knowledge<\/p>\n
\tFamiliarity with non-motor claims processes (e.g., building, fire, contents, tender) is advantageous.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems ( e.g. SPM, Codeplex. TCS, Sapiens, 4-Sure etc.).<\/p>\n
