\tAlert Engine Parts is searching for a dedicated and motivated ,hardworking \u00a0Specialist:Telesales to join the branch in Pretoria.
\n\tThe purpose of this position is to enhance the branch sales and ensure that the branch sales growth objectives are always achieved. \u00a0
\n\tFurthermore, grow new business and provide after-sales service to existing customers<\/p>\n
Specific Role Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManage customer sales and ensure that optimal customer potential is achieved.
\n\tPlan, forecast, report on sales potentials by customer to management.
\n\tReport all competitor pricing and activities to management.
\n\tReport all customer information regarding delivery, tele sales and accounts issues to management.
\n\tAchieve revenue targets and ensuring that new business is generated by growing customer base and increasing market share in the geographical area of responsibility.
\n\tBuild and maintain friendly customer relationships.
\n\tAssist all other departments (Sales, Accounts, Despatch, Warehousing, Receiving and Technical) to ensure good co-operation within the company.
\n\tAnalyse customer\u2019s buying patterns and provide reasons for increase or decline in customer sales.
\n\tTake ownership in resolving customer queries.
\n\tImplement marketing projects and market new products to customers.
\n\tReport on marker trends.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tExtensive knowledge internal \u2018\u2019Combustion Engine\u2019\u2019
\n\tExtensive experience in a Sales and Marketing environment within the \u00a0automotive industry.
\n\tMinimum of 10 years\u2019 experience in a Telesales environment Related – Spares\/Motor\/Engine parts
\n\tMust have a valid driver’s license- Essential
\n\tThorough knowledge of the geographical area of responsibility.
\n\tMust be prepared to travel.
\n\tExtensive knowledge of the operations of an Internal Combustion Engine.
\n\tTechnical\/Mechanical background- Desirable
\n\tProduct Knowledge<\/p>\n

\tMust have good communication skills and present themselves in a professional manner.
\n\tBe a good team player and must be a goal driven.
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Document.
