Service Delivery<\/p>\n
\tDesign and implement electrical systems in line with project specifications.
\n\tEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
\n\tConduct performance testing and troubleshooting to resolve electrical issues.
\n\tOptimize electrical systems for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Internal Processes<\/p>\n
\tAdhere to safety and regulatory protocols to eliminate electrical hazards.
\n\tMaintain accurate technical documentation, drawings, and system records.
\n\tConduct system analysis and drive continuous improvements, including upgrades.
\n\tDevelop and oversee predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.<\/p>\n
Finance & Administration<\/p>\n
\tManage electrical system budgets and procurement activities.
\n\tOptimize procurement processes to reduce costs without compromising quality.
\n\tEnsure supplier and contractor compliance with technical specifications.<\/p>\n
Learning & Growth<\/p>\n
\tStay updated on emerging electrical engineering technologies and practices.
\n\tMentor and train junior engineers and technicians in system design and troubleshooting.
\n\tEnhance automation and control system knowledge through continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
