\tDrive National growth for the Subscriber business through development and sale of new products and services, including the Personal Panic solutions\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMarketing degree or related diploma preferred
\n\tFully Bilingual
\n\t3-5 years Managerial experience within a client centric environment
\n\tExtensive experience driving business expansion
\n\tComputer literacy in MS Office packages<\/p>\n
Main Duties:<\/p>\n
\tManage and oversee the Mobile Panics Solutions portfolio that includes FindU, SecureMe and SecureMe Plus.
\n\tIdentification of customer centric solutions (products and services) that are compatible with the FADT and FSG business strategy.
\n\tCompiling and presenting workable and sustainable commercial business models for the proposed products and services to the business
\n\tEstablish B2B partnerships commercial clients, with the identified products and services on commercially viable and sustainable models
\n\tInclusion on project teams (and lead project teams) to ensure rollout and execution of existing and approved projects, as well as monitoring and tracking of progress against forecast.
\n\tDeveloping of Go-To-Market strategies for the approved new products and services.
\n\tManage integration of new models and business processes into the FADT platforms
\n\tRoll out and embed products and services into the FADT sales teams, to ensure adoption and that sales budgets are met and exceeded
\n\tLiaison and business development with stakeholders in the new products and services arena, including:
\n\tVendors and strategic partners (external);
\n\tInternal teams (Group CIO, Chief Financial Officer, Product manager, etc.).
\n\tFADT Management
\n\tCompile weekly and monthly reports.
\n\tAttend management meetings when required.
\n\tPlay support role to B2B sales, including attending client pitch meetings from time to time in driving sales objectives.
\n\tEncourage healthy communication between departments.\u00a0
\n\tImplement and maintain business systems to ensure overall compliance.
\n\tManage and grow strategic partnership lead volumes into the subscriber business.
\n\tOversee the scope and integration of system.
\n\tContribute to product marketing efforts, helping to position the product effectively in the market.\u00a0
\n\tLead all efforts in the ideation, design of new products and services.
\n\tOversee the testing and quality assurance of new products to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
\n\tPlay a project management role ensuring timeous delivery of products and services.
\n\tDevelop and maintain optimal processes and procedures for the delivery of products and services.
\n\tConduct market research to spot market gaps, competitor analysis and capturing market feedback to improve products and services.<\/p>\n
