Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage stock control with catering, sales, and finance teams
\n\tUse inventory software to track deliveries, perform audits, and resolve discrepancies
\n\tAnalyze supply data to avoid overstocking or shortages
\n\tHandle purchasing, receiving, and vendor communication
\n\tOversee proper stock storage, tagging, and timely replenishment
\n\tMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with food safety standards
\n\tGenerate reports and manage Back of House admin (invoicing, GRVs, card activation)
\n\tCollaborate closely with chefs, suppliers, and facilities to optimize inventory<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Qualification advantageous)
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in stock control or inventory management
\n\tExperience in a canteen, restaurant, or hospitality environment
\n\tFamiliarity with inventory systems
\n\tStrong knowledge of food safety, stock management, and basic bookkeeping
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office
\n\tFlexible with shifts, including weekends and public holidays
\n\tExceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and team communication<\/p>\n
