\n\tManage budgets, expenses, fuel usage, and fleet requirements with precision and accountability.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain stock accuracy, optimise warehouse space, and enforce FEFO compliance to keep inventory fresh and moving.\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, end-to-end supply chain.\u00a0
\n\tUphold compliance with food safety standards, OHS regulations, and company policies at all times.\u00a0

Requirements<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tA Bachelor of Commerce or Supply Chain Management degree (NQF 7).\u00a0
\n\tAt least 5\u201310 years\u2019 experience in Distribution Management, plus 5 years in people management.\u00a0
\n\tA full Code B driver\u2019s licence.\u00a0
\n\tStrong knowledge of distribution and logistics best practice, budget management, food safety, OHS, fleet, and warehouse management.\u00a0
\n\tConfidence with ERP, TMS, and execution management systems.\u00a0
\n\tStrategic thinker with sharp planning and forecasting skills.\u00a0
\n\tDecisive, proactive, and calm under pressure.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.\u00a0
\n\tDetail-oriented yet commercially minded, with a sense of urgency to get things done.<\/p>\n
