DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:<\/p>\n
\tMonitor security and safety.
\n\tEnsure customer service.
\n\tManage stock in store.
\n\tEnsure placement of stock in correct shelves\/bins.
\n\tEnsure tidiness of store and yard and pest control.
\n\tManage stock take and cycle counting.
\n\tEnsure reports of expire dates.
\n\tManage consignment stock.
\n\tEnsure and support candidates during In-house training.
\n\tSupport candidates during development process.
\n\tManage staff.
\n\tEnsure that the sales process in store are followed according to Hinterland Procedure.
\n\tInvoices vs Store Receiving agree with each other.
\n\tStock take and Expiry date Management.
\n\tSales at POS when necessary.
\n\tEnsure that the yard is neat.
\n\tDo daily spot checks on pipes and poles.
\n\tBathrooms of Store is in a good and tidy condition.
\n\tStacks are neatly packed and safe to walk by.
\n\tGrass is short and all weeds is shuffled out.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate.
\n\tCandidates with relevant experience will receive preference.<\/p>\n
