What the day will look like<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for being the primary point of contact for clients
\n\tContributes to and provides input into the entire client life cycle, including renewals, endorsements and\/or cancellations.
\n\tWorks with New Business Development Executive to generate and co-ordinate internal new business leads to enable the cross-selling strategy
\n\tWorks with Client Manager or Strategic Account Manager to ensure high quality, efficient and compliant delivery of all clients servicing administrative\/transactional activities
\n\tProvides clients with renewal notices and reminders
\n\tPrepares renewal instruction forms, quotes, closing instructions and proposal forms for clients and\/or insurers\u00a0
\n\tCommunicates with insurers on any discounts, following requests from clients
\n\tManages and facilitates the cancellation process and creates the necessary documentation\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tFulfils the primary point of contact for clients providing services and resolving queries
\n\tAssists in the day to day running of clients\u2019 risk and insurance programs, producing and checking documentation where required
\n\tLiaises with the outsource supplier to pass on appropriate work and ensure standards are met (where outsource partner exists)
\n\tContributes to all client planning meetings and attends and contributes to internal and external client meetings
\n\tResponsible for credit control<\/p>\n
Skills and experience that will lead to success\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications.<\/p>\n
\tA minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
\n\tA Bachelor\u2019s degree is preferable
\n\tMust be registered as a representative with the FSCA in terms of the FAIS Act
\n\tMust be registered as a licentiate with the IISA<\/p>\n
Knowledge.<\/p>\n
\tExcellent knowledge of policy wordings
\n\tA comprehensive knowledge of the South African and international short-term insurance markets will be advantageous
\n\tAn in-depth strategic knowledge of industry and business strategies and company goals will be advantageous
\n\tComputer literacy with advanced know-how in MS Word and Excel.
\n\tPersonal Indemnity Knowledge is preferable.<\/p>\n

Experience.<\/p>\n
\tHave a minimum of 2 – 5 years\u2019 experience in a similar or related role
