\tThe Service Business Operations Leader will drive business processes and own the wing-to-wing P&L for GE HealthCare Services, Southern Africa region. He\/she will work cross-functionally to drive first class service contract process execution, data accuracy, billing excellence and P&L productivity.<\/p>\n
Job Description<\/p>\n
\tOversee customer contract management in the Service ERP (contract addition, modification & deletion)
\n\tTimely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services
\n\tManage data quality in the various Service ERPs\/Tools (Installed Base, Contracts, Warranty)
\n\tDrive Service End of Life processes
\n\tWork with local and regional teams to identify, execute and monitor P&L productivity initiatives
\n\tProvide analytical and operational reporting to drive execution of revenues and costs
\n\tSupport Finance team during month, quarter and year-end financial closing
\n\tSupport cash collection through timely resolution of customer invoicing disputes in coordination with Service Sales and Field Service teams
\n\tFollow the GE Healthcare Quality Policy and procedures, maintain effective quality systems compliant with applicable norms. Promptly escalate any quality or integrity issues.
\n\tEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications\/ Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business or related field of study
\n\tProgressive work experience in a business environment
\n\tDemonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and drive process improvement
\n\tStrong analytical and quantitative skills: Ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\tStrong interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
