\tOptimi is looking for a Temporary Procurement Administrator to join our dynamic Central Supply Chain team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and suppliers, and has strong administrative and coordination skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement processes, supplier management, financial administration, and cross-team collaboration.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\/Certificate in Procurement or Supply Chain
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 relevant procurement experience
\n\tStrong administrative and coordination skills
\n\tExposure to supplier management and supply chain operations
\n\tFinance background (advantageous)
\n\tMS Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer (or equivalent)
\n\tPastel, Teams, WMS, PowerPoint (advantageous)
\n\tFluent in English (written & spoken)<\/p>\n
DUTIES<\/p>\n
\tTrack and consolidate procurement needs across divisions.
\n\tObtain quotes, process purchase orders (POs), and drive procurement processes in line with SOPs.
\n\tConfirm orders and assist with order calculations.
\n\tManage invoices and supplier statements.
\n\tMatch GRVs and invoices, resolving discrepancies quickly.
\n\tDraft purchase requisitions (PRs) and assist with royalty payments.
\n\tSupport with receiving discrepancies.
\n\tCoordinate with the warehousing\/outbound team and escalate issues where necessary.
\n\tAssist with supplier contracts and credit applications.
\n\tMaintain accurate supplier and product data across systems and spreadsheets.
\n\tSupport competitive supplier quoting processes and file all relevant documentation.
\n\tSource quotes, pricing, and lead times for internal teams.
\n\tLiaise with suppliers, publishers, and cross-functional teams.
\n\tResolve queries, assist with system testing, SOP updates, and provide cover during staff leave.
