Requirements<\/p>\n
15 days, 20 days, quarterly and yearly BA returns submissions:<\/p>\n
\tCompilation and submission of all BA returns to SARB within deadlines given using the Haywood system or any other method as required by the SARB
\n\tEnsuring all BA are completed as per Bank Act requirements
\n\tAll returns are reviewed if prepared by other team members
\n\tUnderstand all changes in BA regulations and implement such changes to systems and processes<\/p>\n
Enhancement and automation of returns:<\/p>\n
\tEnhancement of excel spreadsheets, automation of BA returns, and enhancement of required returns based on legislation
\n\tBuild controls and implement the \u201cModel audit program\u201d
\n\tImplement\/correct BA audit findings as per the external audit reports
\n\tFacilitate BA audit with external auditors
\n\tBA 900 project
\n\tRADDAR project<\/p>\n
Variance analysis on all returns:<\/p>\n
\tInvestigating monthly movement on all BA returns and documenting reasons within deadline given. Documenting commentary for graph presentations and communicating with the SARB on BA return queries. Reconciliations of BA returns and BA financial information to the relevant sub system reports and information i.e., exposure extract to GL listing, BA 15 days to Management information\/pack and relevant general ledger accounts reconciliations on a monthly basis. All differences need to be communicated to CFO\/FM and investigated.<\/p>\n
ALCCO Pack and Pillar 3 reporting:<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and review material for ALCCO pack and commentary and documenting and modelling different scenarios for capital LCR and NSFR. Ensure all Pillar 3 reports are completed and submitted for publication on the Bank\u2019s and Group\u2019s website.<\/p>\n
Regulatory projects:<\/p>\n
\tSign off and drive all regulatory projects that the Group embarks on
\n\tIn 2020 and beyond would be projects like:
\n\tBA 900 automation
\n\tFull BA 325 automation
\n\tProject RADDAR
\n\tBASEL IV amendments and parallel runs with the PA
\n\tAttending all BASA Basel meetings<\/p>\n
Business Planning\/Decision Making:<\/p>\n
\tImplementation of the new BA regulations and how this will impact the Bank and Group\u2019s capital, NSFR and liquidity requirements.<\/p>\n
Policies and Procedures:<\/p>\n
\tEnhance system (Capital calculator, BA 210, BA 900, BA 300, BA 325 and any other returns\/pillar disclosures as identified) and processes in order to deploy BA returns on time and accurately. Liaison with internal counterparties with regards to the documentation and communication of policies and processes are required by the regulations to the Bank\u2019s Act.<\/p>\n
People Management:<\/p>\n
\tNeed to be able to manage other team member\u2019s deliverables so that BA returns are deployed on time, accurately and in the most effective manner possible. Ensure continuation and cross training of the BA returns and deliverables.<\/p>\n

\n\tAt least 5-year BA experience under BASEL III \u00b7
