We are looking for a dedicated CSI Administrator to join our team and support the effective management and delivery of our Corporate Social Investment Programmes.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\u00a0Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Development Studies, Public Relations, or Communications
\n\t2 + years\u2019 experience in socio-economic development, CSI administrations, NGO project support or related financial administrative function.
\n\tStrong Understanding of invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and financial statements
\n\tKnowledge of BBBEE codes (SED element), corporate governance and project monitoring and evaluation (M&E) will be an advantage.
\n\tProficiency in MS Office (Excel essential) and ability to work with reporting systems.
\n\tExcellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
\n\tAbility to work independently and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
\n\tSAP materials management will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tAdminister CSI programmes in line with the company strategy, legislation and BBBEE requirements.
\n\tProcess Invoices, track payments, and perform reconciliations and statement management to ensure accurate financial control of CSI spend
\n\tMaintain proper records of donations, sponsorships and project disbursements
\n\tMonitor and evaluate funded projects to ensure compliance, sustainability and measurable community impact
\n\tPrepare and present progress reports, impact assessments and audit-ready documentation.
\n\tLiaise with NPOs, community partners and internal stakeholders to coordinate initiatives.
\n\tSupport the company’s annual BBBEE verification processes and audits.<\/p>\n
