Purpose of Role: <\/p>\n
\tAs a District Manager for Weir ESCO, you will be accountable for reaching our ambitious sales targets by expanding our current customer footprint and ensuring our customers’ success.
\n\tYou will use your business acumen, solution-oriented mindset and technical prowess to manage your accounts with a focus on growth.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tForecasting and achieving revenue targets.
\n\tBusiness development of new customers, introducing and integrating ESCO Products into the mine’s entire value chain.
\n\tAccount management of customers with ESCO installations, ensuring that our system’s value is visible, impactful, and leads to continued growth.
\n\tCompiling value propositions, proposals, presentations and tender documents
\n\tSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture<\/p>\n

\tRelevant tertiary qualification
\n\t4 – 5 years experience in a technical, business development role, ideally in the mining industry.
\n\tProven track record of progressive accomplishments in mining and \/ or engineering
\n\tPassion for solving technical problems to achieve sales<\/p>\n
