\t\u00a0Effective management\/Administration of FMCG\/Pharma (private\/public) accounts i.r.o. opening new accounts, setting credit limits and collection\/solving of overdue amounts
\n\tTo manage customer credit limits according to the National Credit Act and Trade Credit Policy
\n\tTo prepare\/submit CGIC declarations – monthly
\n\tTo provide excellent service to internal\/external customers
\n\tSet monthly\/quarterly objectives and monitors progress
\n\tMinimise bad debts through controls & procedures
\n\tTimeous response to queries on overdue accounts\/orders on hold
\n\tPreparation \/submission of monthly debtors reports
\n\tValidating\/submission of bad debt and credit note provisions
\n\tTo manage\/coach and develop staff according to present objectives
\n\tTo set monthly debtors review meetings
\n\tTo analyse information, schedule visits to customers (private\/public)
\n\tTo manage leave applications according to leave policy
\n\tTo become a proactive, innovative member of the team
\n\tTo review departmental standard operating procedures annually<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric with Accountancy
\n\tCredit Management 5 or its equivalent qualification
\n\tDiploma in Credit Management or its equivalent qualification would be an advantage
\n\tMinimum of 12 years Credit Control function experience
\n\tPrevious experience in similar position would be an advantage
\n\tComputer literacy; Oracle\/MS Office
\n\tValid driver\u2019s licence<\/p>\n
