\tReporting to Manager: Sales, the key performance areas include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
Sales and Revenue Generation\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMeeting and\/or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
\n\tProspecting, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities.
\n\tSecuring and managing annual client commitments and group discounts.
\n\tEnsuring correct revenue and billing contracts are processed timeously.<\/p>\n
Client Liaison<\/p>\n
\tManaging client onboarding and associated processes.\u00a0
\n\tBuilding, maintaining and growing strong working relationships with clients, agencies and brand partners.
\n\tServing as a trusted advisor by understanding client brands, objectives and challenges.
\n\tMaintaining a 24-hour turnaround by delivering accurate, timely and proactive responses to all client and agency briefs.
\n\tEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business through consistent engagement.<\/p>\n
Proposal and Campaign Management \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tConceptualising, preparing and presenting customised advertising proposals.
\n\tProviding digital sales opportunities and proposals to the broader CTS teams and\/or clients.
\n\tMonitoring campaign performance and provide post-campaign reporting and ROI analysis where required.<\/p>\n
Administration and Reporting\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSubmitting accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports and campaign performance reports.
\n\tEnsuring accurate billing, contracts and month-end processing.
\n\tResolving internal queries efficiently, avoiding rework and\/or discrepancies.<\/p>\n
Market and Industry Analysis\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tStaying informed on media and digital trends, innovations, and audience insights.
\n\tApplying data and analytics tools to inform client proposals and campaign optimisation.
\n\tMaintaining a thorough understanding of both company offerings and client portfolios.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tA minimum of a National Diploma in Sales or Marketing; and
\n\tA minimum of 3 years experience in\u00a0Digital Sales\/ Digital Marketing<\/p>\n
